1. Ownership of Content

All content published on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software code, documentation, service descriptions, pricing information, technical articles, and educational materials, is the original work of Avondale.AI and is protected under United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and applicable international copyright treaties.

Unless otherwise stated, Avondale.AI is the sole owner of all intellectual property rights in and to the content on this website. This includes content created, compiled, authored, or produced by Avondale.AI, its principals, employees, or contractors.

2. Software & Platform Code

The Consultant (Avondale.AI's Sovereign AI IT Platform), including all source code, compiled code, obfuscated code, configuration files, model configurations, user interface designs, and associated documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Avondale.AI.

  • No source code is provided to clients. The platform is deployed as compiled or obfuscated code under a Managed Service License Agreement.
  • Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or modification of the platform software is strictly prohibited.
  • Creating derivative works based on the platform, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
  • Redistribution or resale of the platform software, in any form, is strictly prohibited.

AI models used within the platform are open-source under their respective licenses. Avondale.AI provides model selection, configuration, and tuning as a service. The open-source model licenses do not extend to Avondale.AI's platform code, user interface, or proprietary integrations.

3. Permitted Use

Visitors to this website may:

  • View, read, and reference website content for personal, educational, or evaluation purposes.
  • Share links to pages on this website.
  • Quote brief excerpts of content with attribution to Avondale.AI and a link to the source page.
  • Print or save individual pages for personal reference.

Visitors and clients may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute content in bulk without written permission.

All data created by clients of the Avondale.AI platform — including knowledge base content, notes, chat history, discovery responses, ticket records, compliance documentation, and reports — is owned exclusively by the client. Avondale.AI claims no ownership interest in client data.

Client data is exportable in markdown format at any time. Upon termination of services, client data is retained by the client and platform software is removed from client hardware.

5. Trademarks & Service Marks

"Avondale.AI" and the Avondale.AI logo are unregistered trademarks and service marks of Avondale.AI. Use of these marks without express written permission is prohibited.

All other trademarks, service marks, product names, and company names referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party trademarks does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

6. Original Work Declaration

All content, software, documentation, and materials published by Avondale.AI are original works of authorship created by Avondale.AI or its principals.

No content on this website has been copied, derived, or adapted from any third-party source without attribution or license. Any similarity to other published works is coincidental.

Avondale.AI asserts its rights under 17 U.S.C. § 411(a) to register copyrights in its original works with the United States Copyright Office. Formal registration is pending and does not affect the existence or enforceability of copyright protection, which attaches automatically upon creation of the work.
