We commit 5% of revenue (the top line), not profits (whatever's left after expenses). This means you always know exactly how much is going to students. A teacher pays $25/mo, $1.25 goes to the fund. A school pays $600/mo, $30 goes to the fund. Simple, transparent, verifiable.
We work directly with teachers and school counselors who know which students need help. They see kids every day. They know who needs a backpack, who needs shoes, who didn't eat breakfast. We don't work through school boards or administration — we go straight to the people who know the students.
